Physiotherapy Exercise Sessions (PES) combines physiotherapy-based exercises and a reformer with evidence from medical research to deliver every patient a safe, individual and effective programme. Our physiotherapists ensure a safe environment for all patients with a major focus on allowing each exercise to enhance everyday function.

Our PES are 60 or 75 minutes long. Each patient have their own program tailored to their needs and goals and will receive 1:1 feedback by one of our qualified physiotherapists.
